I had an amazing experience at 1 US Motors! Sam Neil went above and beyond to help me get my very first car. Even with a short credit history, just a permit, and no driving history, he worked with me to make it happen. He set me up with a 2015 Chevy Cruze that has good mileage, is clean, and came with a reasonable down payment. On top of that, my insurance is super affordable, which was a huge relief as a first-time buyer. Took credit cards and gave me a payment plan when I had little to no money down. Sam was patient, honest, and really made the process smooth and stress-free. Sidenote, Mr. Naveed and Mr. William came in on their day off to get me squared away!!! #thankful UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE SO my new Jeep has a recall on it and has to go to a Jeep dealer for the recall and 1 US MOTORS LOANED me a CAR for five days while the work is done... at a different dealer and service center not associated in any way with them. Costumer service!!??? For those who know they are not ragione for providing that. So i just saved on having to pay for a rental, didn't have to adjust my work schedule in any way. I've two months after buying this truck from them! Don't know how many dealership that are gonna do that. As a master fact i don't know any. Forget business THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE PERIOD. EVEN JEEP DEALER TOLD ME THAT WAS DEFINITELY LOOKING OUT. I'M GREATFUL
